Role Overview

We are looking for a senior client leadership professional to head theclient servicing functionand lead key relationships at our integrated communications agency.

The role requires someone withstrong mainline advertising experience, brand strategy understanding, and working knowledge of digital, capable of engaging with senior client stakeholders and driving meaningful brand and business outcomes.

This position will also play a key role ingrowing client relationships, strengthening strategic thinking within the team, and expanding the agencys business.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadsenior client relationshipsand act as a trusted strategic partner.
• Translatebusiness objectives into brand and communication strategyacross mainline and digital platforms.
• Guide the servicing team to deliverintegrated campaigns with strong strategic grounding.
• Work closely withcreative, strategy, and digital teamsto ensure impactful work.
• Identify opportunities togrow existing accounts and add new business.
• Mentor and strengthen theclient servicing team and processes.
• Ensurehigh standards of client servicing, strategic clarity, and delivery excellence.

Ideal Candidate

• 12-14 years experiencein a reputedmainline or integrated advertising agency.
• Strong exposure tobrand strategy, integrated campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Comfortable engaging withCXOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
• Proven ability togrow accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience working withboth traditional advertising and digital ecosystems.
• Leadership capability to guide and elevate a servicing team.

Location

• Based inHyderabad. Candidates open to relocating fromMumbai, Bangalore, or other major marketsare welcome.
