We are looking for someone in Client Servicing, who will be responsible for managing the specific clients projects assigned to the candidate. Should have past working knowledge in a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing role in an organization. Needs to have knowledge on website related projects management.

Key Responsibilities

Discuss the project goals with the client and development team.

Work on projects related to Websites and other web development related projects

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Manage client deliverables within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Prepare regular reports of progress for internal and external stakeholders using project management tools/sheets

Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities

Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing field

Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing in a digital marketing role

Working knowledge of managing website development projects

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
