Role Description

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our Kolkata office in a full-time, on-site role. This position involves managing and strengthening client relationships while ensuring the smooth and successful execution of projects.

The role requires close coordination between clients and internal teams, proactive communication, and the ability to translate client briefs into clear, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day client communication and relationships
  • Preparing, presenting, and delivering impactful presentations and proposals
  • Overseeing account management and project delivery across multiple clients
  • Addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with internal creative, strategy, digital, and production teams
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong experience in Client Services and Client Relations
  • Proven ability to create and deliver clear, compelling presentations
  • Solid understanding of Customer Service and client expectation management
  • Experience in Account Management, including handling multiple client portfolios
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site agency environment
  • Prior experience in communications, marketing, or a related industry is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online campaigns will be a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with digital deliverables such as social content, performance campaigns, influencer marketing, or digital films is a plus
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with digital teams and understand digital KPIs will enhance client servicing outcomes
