Now that you know what we do,

We are looking for a Brand Strategist who is as passionate and responsible, to join us.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Pitch weekly / monthly content ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with the clients to gain deeper understanding on the messaging front to build campaigns and develop multiple variations for the final product.
• Create and write long or short form copy, effective headlines, taglines, calls to action, product descriptions, and more, depending on the project you are working on.
• Brainstorming with the rest of the team to create campaigns, BTL collaterals etc.
• Individually take up account/brand management on a day-to-day basis (ranging from 3-4)
• Work closely with arts & graphics, video and production teams to co-create content.
• Be responsible for accuracy and deadlines for projects and campaigns.
• Streamline the feedback and iteration process effectively - in order to design/develop assets on various mediums.
• Develop internal budgets, manage costs and negotiation with vendors and manage shoot requirements and logistics for event video production.
• Source and recruitVideographers, Editors, Live Editors and Photographersacross India at par with talent that we work with.
• Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring theshot checklistis followed meticulously.

HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY?

• A Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing
• 2 years of experience in a creative agency/production house.
• Have great verbal and written communication skills
• Can develop good marketing and creative strategies
• Have great presentation, writing and pitching skills.
• Have a strong understanding of brand management.
• Resilient and have the ability to work under pressure
