Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships
Client Briefing & Requirement Gathering
* Understand client needs and convert them into clear, actionable design briefs
Project Coordination
* Manage projects from initiation to completion
* Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with client expectations
Communication & Reporting
* Share regular project updates and milestones
* Gather client feedback and coordinate revisions
* Prepare progress reports for internal and client meetings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with designers, project managers, and internal teams
Problem Solving
* Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure high satisfaction
Account & Growth Support
* Identify opportunities for account growth
* Support proposals, pitches, and new business initiatives
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Client-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience in a design or creative services environment is a plus
