This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the bridge between clients and creative teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.

What youll do:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Understand client briefs, objectives, and timelines, and translate them into clear internal briefs

Liaise with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless execution

Present ideas, content, and campaign plans to clients and incorporate feedback effectively

Manage day-to-day account operations, timelines, and deliverables

Proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and find solutions

Who you are:

A strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking

Solution-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Passionate about brands, advertising, and creative thinking

Experience:

24 years of experience in client servicing / account management at an advertising or creative agency
