Work Mode: On-site (Office-based)


Location : Bengaluru


Timings: MonFri, 10 AM 7 PM | Sat, 10 AM 2:30 PM


Compensation: Based on experience - Upto 3.6LPA


Role Overview

We need a Client Servicing Executive who can handle diverse clientsbranding, social media, and website design & developmentwith confidence, clarity, and strategic thinking.

Delays will happen. Pressure will come. Your job is to manage expectations, take control of communication, and maintain strong rapport without promising what cannot be delivered.


Core Responsibilities

1. Client Communication

Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs.

Provide structured updates no vague messages or excuses.

Maintain strong client relationships even during project delays.

Clarify expectations when timelines shift logically, not emotionally.

2. Internal Coordination

Work closely with design, web, and social media teams.

Track progress and make sure tasks dont go missing.

Ensure corrections, revisions, and briefs are properly documented.

Push deliverables forward without depending on reminders.

3. Strategic Handling

Manage difficult conversations without losing rapport.

Convert client frustrations into aligned expectations.

Spot issues early and propose solutions before escalation.

Maintain client trust by using logic, clarity, and professionalism.


Required Skill Set - Must Have (non-negotiable):

Strong written & verbal communication

Logical thinking + deadline discipline

Understanding of branding, web & social media workflows

Ability to handle client dissatisfaction smartly

Rapport-building ability without overpromising


Good to Have:

Experience working in an agency

Knowledge of Sheets / Trello / Notion / CRM tools

Basic understanding of ad campaigns & website structure

Education & Experience

13 years experience (agency preferred)

Freshers with exceptional communication and maturity may be considered
