Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate with design, sales, operations, and other departments to ensure timely delivery
• Manage client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for clients as required
• Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in upselling or cross-selling services when required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing / account management / customer relationship roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Experience in agency or service-based industry
• Basic understanding of project management
• Client-facing experience

• Fixed salary of 25,000 per month
