Client Servicing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring client satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and delivering excellent customer support. The role also involves preparing and conducting presentations, handling account management tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and fostering positive partnerships
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Knowledge of the consulting industry and experience working with diverse clients is an advantage
