Job Title: Account Executive Entertainment Brand

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Notice Period: 15 Days (Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage and support client servicing for a leading entertainment brand. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with entertainment clients such as films, web shows, production houses, OTT platforms, or media brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned entertainment accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Assist in planning and executing marketing, PR, and promotional campaigns
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and campaign performance updates
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders
• Support on-ground activations, film promotions, influencer collaborations, and media events (if required)
• Track budgets and ensure cost efficiency

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in client servicing / account management
• Mandatory experience working with entertainment / media brands
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of digital marketing, PR, and integrated campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with film promotions or OTT campaign execution
• Strong industry networking within media/entertainment
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice period preferred
