Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing professional to manage and grow client relationships in the digital marketing domain. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
• Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and digital requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, SEO, social media, creative, content, and tech) to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Prepare and present campaign plans, media plans, timelines, and performance reports
• Monitor campaign performance and share regular insights, recommendations, and optimizations with clients
• Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and deliverables from both clients and internal teams
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with finance teams
• Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfactio
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and long-term partnerships
