Job Title: Senior Executive Client Servicing (Digital)

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 2-4 years in Client Servicing, Digital Marketing


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive Brand Solutions with expertise in Digital Marketing to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams for successful campaign delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive and with strong communication and project management skills, committed to driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Understand clients business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align with their goals.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

2. Project Management & Execution:

  • Management of end-to-end project operations, from initial briefing and planning through execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare status updates, and report on project KPIs to stakeholders.

3. Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular analysis of client servicing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Budget & Financial Management:

  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.


Qualifications:

  • Education & Soft Skills:


- MBA or Masters degree in Marketing / Digital advertising

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels

- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Experience :

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital client servicing, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries

- Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns,

- Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
