About the Role

Oberoi IBC is looking for a Client Servicing Executive based in Varanasi to work closely with Attitude Spices, a brand managed by our agency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring campaigns and brand activities run smoothly on the ground. You will act as the key link between the client and our Mumbai team, making sure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed efficiently.

Important Location Requirement (Please Read Before Applying):

We are only looking for candidates who are currently residing in Varanasi. Since this role requires on-ground coordination with the client, applications from candidates based outside Varanasi will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client servicing for the Attitude Spices account.

Maintain strong relationships with the client and understand their marketing needs.

Coordinate with the Mumbai team for campaign planning and execution.

Monitor brand activities and campaign performance in the region.

Share regular updates and reports with both the client and the agency team.

Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams.

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Requirements

Strong communication and client handling skills.

Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing.

Prior experience in client servicing or account management.

Location: Varanasi

Only candidates currently residing in Varanasi should apply.
