Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and address client needs, developing tailored solutions.

2. Manage social media presence, campaigns, and client interactions.

3. Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and execution.

4. Monitor multiple projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

5. Analyze data for actionable insights and prepare optimization reports.

6. Facilitate positive client onboarding experiences and maintain relationships.

7. Identify upselling opportunities for revenue growth and client retention.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies.

9. Lead team coordination and support for successful project outcomes.

10. Develop long-term social media strategies and innovative campaign ideas.

11. Conduct sentiment analysis, monitor market trends, and perform competitor analysis.

12. Coordinate video production and maintain Online Reputation Management.

13. Drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

14. Proficient in handling multi-service projects including SEO, performance marketing, website management, influencer marketing, etc


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude in building relationships
  • relevant experience - 1 to 2 years
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer service issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
