Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Client Servicing Executive at Decode Mediacom. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage client relationships while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client briefs, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Handle client feedback and ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and assist in client meetings when required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and digital communication processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
