Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive, based in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, overseeing accounts, preparing and delivering presentations, and resolving customer queries. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management and ability to coordinate project deliverables
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a design agency or branding firm is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
