As we expand, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can manage client communication, coordinate projects internally, and support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Handle client communication via calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Conduct online meetings and occasional on-site meetings
• Take detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and share with internal team

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between design, photography, and marketing teams
• Ensure project timelines are maintained
• Track deliverables and follow up internally
• Maintain client tracker and project status sheet

Sales Support

• Support founders in sales meetings and presentations
• Prepare basic proposals and client documentation
• Follow up on proposals and business discussions

Billing & Follow-up

• Coordinate invoice generation
• Follow up on pending payments
• Maintain payment tracking sheet

Requirements

• 12 years experience in agency / marketing firm preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling client meetings independently
• Willing to travel occasionally to Mumbai for client meetings
• Proactive and responsible personality
