Role OverviewAlpha Agency is seeking a Client Servicing Director / Agency Head to lead client relationships, agency operations, and overall business performance. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, profitability (P&L), client satisfaction, and delivery excellence .
The ideal candidate is a creative yet disciplined leader with strong communication skills, capable of driving both strategic direction and day-to-day execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & P&L Ownership- Own and manage agency P&L, including revenue targets, margins, and cost efficiency
- Drive revenue growth through client retention, account expansion, and new business opportunities
- Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews
- Lead and manage all key client relationships
- Act as the final point of escalation for client concerns
- Present strategies, performance reports, and growth plans to clients
- Ensure consistently high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Oversee daily agency operations across all accounts
- Coordinate with creative, content, digital, and performance teams
- Ensure disciplined execution, punctual delivery, and quality control
- Implement processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Translate client objectives into effective digital marketing strategies
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency

- Experience with revenue or P&L responsibility is a strong advantage
