Role Overview

Alpha Agency is seeking a Client Servicing Director / Agency Head to lead client relationships, agency operations, and overall business performance. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, profitability (P&L), client satisfaction, and delivery excellence .

The ideal candidate is a creative yet disciplined leader with strong communication skills, capable of driving both strategic direction and day-to-day execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & P&L Ownership
  • Own and manage agency P&L, including revenue targets, margins, and cost efficiency
  • Drive revenue growth through client retention, account expansion, and new business opportunities
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews
Client Leadership
  • Lead and manage all key client relationships
  • Act as the final point of escalation for client concerns
  • Present strategies, performance reports, and growth plans to clients
  • Ensure consistently high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Operations & Team Management
  • Oversee daily agency operations across all accounts
  • Coordinate with creative, content, digital, and performance teams
  • Ensure disciplined execution, punctual delivery, and quality control
  • Implement processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Strategy & Growth
  • Translate client objectives into effective digital marketing strategies
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support agency positioning and business development initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Agency revenue growth (%)
  • P&L performance and operating margins
  • Client retention and churn rate
  • Client satisfaction scores (CSAT / feedback)
  • On-time project delivery rate
  • Revenue per client and account expansion

Qualifications & Experience
  • MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
  • Proven background in client servicing, account management, or agency operations
  • Experience with revenue or P&L responsibility is a strong advantage
