Role:

The Client Servicing & Brand Management professional will act as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, relationship management, and effective execution of brand strategies. The role involves understanding client objectives, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that brand positioning, campaigns, and deliverables align with client expectations and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Understand client requirements, brand positioning, and business objectives to deliver effective solutions.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand strategies and communication plans.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Track campaign performance and share insights or recommendations with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and service excellence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Understanding of brand management, marketing communication, and campaign execution.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
