We are looking for a Key Account Manager,who will be responsible for managing the specific clients assigned to the candidate. Should have past working knowledge in a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing role in an organization.

Our office is in Goregaon.

Candidates from Vashi, Thane, Navi Mumbai need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

Discuss the project goals with the client and development team.

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Manage client deliverables within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

Monitoring KPIs for various clients

Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities

Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing field

Skills Required

3-5 years of experience as an Account manager/Project manager in a digital agency

Knowledge of managing website development projects

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
