Client Services Representative

The Program Manager Client Relationship Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience will own the end-to-end management of assigned client accounts and deployed resources. This role will act as a bridge between the client and CodeVyasa resources, ensuring seamless communication, resolving grievances, maintaining engagement health, and driving long-term client satisfaction and retention.

We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and deployed resources.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of resources on client projects.
• Regularly connect with both clients and deployed team members to understand concerns, expectations, and feedback.
• Proactively identify and resolve grievances or operational challenges faced by clients or resources.
• Maintain strong relationship management to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular health-check calls and share engagement updates with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, HR, and operations teams for timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor overall account health and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support account growth by identifying upsell or expansion opportunities.
