Job Description

  • Servicing clients and cultivating strong relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Identifying, innovating, and implementing business ideas aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the client retention rate of the company.
  • Knowledge & experience of MICE/Events
  • Demonstrating proficiency in creating compelling PPT and employing effective client retention strategies.
  • Maintaining cordial relations with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Developing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborating with the team to brainstorm ideas and create proposals for client projects.
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of events, including coordination with the Design and Production teams.
  • Managing costs effectively to ensure profitability.
  • Booking artists and vendors as required.


Required Candidate Profile:


  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in client servicing and relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Outstanding ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record in client retention and relationship management.
