The ideal candidate will be a storyteller and skilled in making presentations to pitch unique event concepts.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end client servicing process, ensuring smooth project execution.
Create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate event concepts, ideas, and progress.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.
Manage key client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
Drive post-event follow-ups and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Participate in daily meetings , weekly reviews , and monthly reviews to ensure alignment with company goals.
Ensure that client satisfaction drives growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-15 years of experience in client servicing within the events or marketing industry only.
Strong project management skills.
Proven track record in client pitching and event execution.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in meeting sales targets and achieving growth.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling presentations.
