Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Development)
• Ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
• Share regular reports and updates with clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads)
• Client handling and coordination experience
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients/projects

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing agency preferred
