Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Development)
- Ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
- Share regular reports and updates with clients
