Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager Client Services to manage and grow real estate brand accounts for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground channels.
This role requires strong client-handling skills, a solid understanding of real estate marketing, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned real estate clients (developers, builders, project marketing teams).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and strategic counsel.
- Understand client business goals, project timelines, and sales objectives.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Brief internal creative, digital, media, and production teams clearly and accurately.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns including brand launches, project launches, festive campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, media plans, and campaign assets.
Strategy & Coordination
- Contribute to campaign strategy, messaging, and media recommendations for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with digital, social media, and performance teams to track leads and campaign performance.
- Align creative output with real estate regulations, brand guidelines, and market positioning.
Account & Project Management
- Prepare timelines, estimates, scopes of work, and presentations.
- Track budgets, billing, and profitability for assigned accounts.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Reporting & Optimization
- Share regular campaign updates and performance reports with clients.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and lead quality.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing and advertising
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Client-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing, lead funnels, and CRM basics
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience handling real estate developers or property brands
- Experience working in an advertising or integrated marketing agency
