About the Role

WNS is hiring a Client Services Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, interacting with international clients, and ensuring smooth service delivery with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, including international clients .
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
• Track client satisfaction and share periodic performance reports.
• Prepare documentation, client updates, and activity reports.
• Identify scope for improvements and value additions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with international clients confidently.
• Customer-focused and professional approach to client management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Preference for candidates from Hotel Management background.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate from any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in client servicing, customer management, or international client handling.
• Must be comfortable working in a Day Shift at the Pune location.
