We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency delivering performance-driven marketing solutions across social media, paid ads, branding, website development, and content marketing. We work with ambitious brands to scale their digital presence and revenue.


We are looking for a Client Relations Executive who can manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless execution between clients and internal teams.

Role Overview

The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client communication, understanding business goals, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving client satisfaction and retention.


This is a relationship + strategy-driven role, not just coordination.

Key Responsibilities Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and performance
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs
  • Conduct regular review meetings and performance discussions
Project Coordination
  • Work closely with creative, performance marketing, content, and tech teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and reports
  • Track project timelines and manage deliverables
  • Maintain documentation and communication records
Strategy & Performance Oversight
  • Understand campaign KPIs (ROAS, CPL, Engagement, Conversions, etc.)
  • Review performance reports before sharing with clients
  • Identify growth opportunities (upsell / cross-sell services)
  • Suggest campaign improvements based on data
Client Retention & Growth
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in contract renewals and scope expansion
  • Handle escalations professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE : 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE PPT
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management & AI tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing
