Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Service Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the Clients and Projects department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordination with multiple internal verticals
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in client servicing or project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
