We're looking for a charismatic social media expert with exceptional people skills and a keen eye for design. If you have:


  • 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles
  • A background in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and project management skills


Job Description

1. Content Creation & Scheduling: Travel to client location for photoshoots.

2. Create moodboard, storyboard, and direct the shoot.

3. Develop engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, and videos) that showcases the hotels offerings, ambiance, and guest experiences.

4. Create stories and ad creatives using canva, inshot, Vn, Mojo, etc.

5. Assist with copywriting for posts, stories, ads, other creatives.

6. Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing team to deliver the required collaterals.

7. Create a content calendar for the month by the 25th of the previous month covering all platforms and content pillars.

8. Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) following the hotel's content calendar.

9. Community Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and reviews, enhancing guest relationships and addressing concerns.

10. Engage with followers, encourage conversations, and actively monitor brand mentions.

11. Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the development and execution of social media campaigns for special events, promotions, and seasonal activities.

12. Coordinate with internal departments, such as F&B, spa, and events, to create relevant and timely content.

13. Brand Consistency & Storytelling: Uphold brand voice and tone across all content, ensuring all visuals and text align with the hotel's brand image and guest expectations.

14. Utilize storytelling techniques to highlight unique aspects of the hotel, such as heritage, amenities, services, and guest experiences.

15. Influencer & Partnership Collaborations: Identify potential influencers, bloggers, and content creators for partnerships that can amplify the hotels reach.

16. Coordinate influencer visits, and manage collaboration content to ensure quality and brand alignment.

17. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates, etc.) to assess content performance.

18. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.

19. Trend Monitoring & Platform Management: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure the hotel remains innovative and competitive.

20. Experiment with new features (like Stories, Reels, or interactive polls) to increase engagement.


Working Days & Timing

1. You will be expected to work 05 days a week.

2. Your working hours will be 10 AM - 7 PM.
