Client Services Administrator

This platform allows healthcare providers to utilize existing infrastructure while accessing state-of-the-art AI diagnostics, ensuring equal access to world-class medical expertise regardless of geography.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Administrator based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will manage client interactions, provide exemplary customer support, execute administrative tasks, and support financial workflows. Additional responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the client experience and operational efficiency.

• Strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to address client needs and deliver high-quality support
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling and organizational activities
• Knowledge or experience in Finance-related tasks, such as budget management or invoicing, is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in office software applications and tools
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
