About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Client Servicing Executive to manage day-to-day communication, project coordination, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to manage client expectations while ensuring timely and high-quality output from internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements, brand objectives, and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate internally with creative, performance, social media, and content teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and reports.
  • Handle end-to-end client communication and maintain strong relationships.
  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and performance insights to clients.
  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Gather client feedback and ensure improvements in future deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain documentation, client briefs, and project trackers.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 13 years of experience in digital client servicing or Mainline marketing account management .
  • Strong understanding of social media , content , performance marketing basics , and digital campaign workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing reporting tools (preferred).
