As part of our expanding US Healthcare Operations team in Trivandrum, we are hiring dynamic Client Service Managers with experience in International Sales, International Business, International Marketing, and US Process BPO environments. This is a high impact leadership role designed for professionals who thrive in International Voice Process operations and have the ability to manage clients, stakeholders, and service teams with confidence and accountability.

Role Overview


  • As a Client Service Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and an internal team of healthcare professionals.
  • You will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, drive operational excellence, and contribute to business growth within the US Healthcare BPO sector.
  • This role combines Client Management, Operations Management, International Sales exposure, and Service Leadership within a US Process environment.


Key Responsibilities


Client Centric Service Excellence

Collaborate closely with professionals to assign patient care according to established protocols and ensure exceptional service delivery standards


Stakeholder Communication

Manage and supervise stakeholders and clients, ensure service quality, achieve business volumes, and work toward predetermined performance targets


Empathetic Leadership

Create a supportive and accountable environment for professionals, ensuring patient services are delivered with empathy and compliance


Client Management

Strengthen client relationships to drive retention, handle escalations effectively, and provide timely issue resolution


Service Level Ownership

Lead a team of 50 professionals supporting approximately 250 active clients, maintain high quality patient care standards, and resolve complaints promptly


24x7 Complaint Resolution

Prioritize and resolve concerns efficiently to maintain service quality and long term client satisfaction


Operational Enhancement

Implement strategies that improve client satisfaction, service delivery, and operational efficiency


Quality Improvement

Drive quality initiatives, process improvements, and ensure accountability across service operations


Required Experience


  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in International Voice Process, International Sales, Customer Service Management, Operations Management, or similar US Process BPO roles
  • Experience in US Healthcare, Hospital Administration, Education, International Marketing, or relevant service industries preferred
  • Exposure to US or International Healthcare Operations will be an added advantage


Required Skills


  • Excellent English communication and articulation skills
  • American accent preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and estimation skills with the ability to understand clinical practices and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, meet targets, and manage service volumes effectively


Work Schedule and Location


  • Night Shift
  • Work from Office at Elippode, Trivandrum
  • Candidates willing to work in a US Process BPO environment preferred
