Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Client Service & Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing growth strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. Daily tasks will involve planning and executing client servicing activities, identifying and converting business development opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. The position requires proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders and ensure a seamless flow of information
• Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and addressing client needs proactively
• Understanding of Finance principles to manage budgets, financial goals, and business growth opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the events and entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
