As we continue to scale our corporate retainer portfolio, we are seeking a proactive, detail-driven individual for Client Service- Brand Experience to join our growing team.


Role Overview:

The Client Service (Brand Experience) will play a key role in managing day-to-day client servicing and supporting the execution of end-to-end branding initiatives for corporate retainer clients. This role requires strong coordination skills, brand sensibility, and the ability to ensure seamless client experiences across all brand touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Brand Manager in executing comprehensive 360-degree branding and brand experience strategies for corporate retainer clients.
  • Act as a point of coordination between clients, internal creative teams, content teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage and track daily branding requirements of multiple corporate accounts across sectors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of brand assets while maintaining quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and insights to support brand strategy development.
  • Prepare client presentations, brand performance reports, and campaign summaries.
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for campaigns, brand narratives, and experiential concepts.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to manage expectations, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and experiential touchpoints.


Requirements


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:


  • 13 years of experience in client servicing, branding, marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Mandatory exposure to working with corporate retainer brands (through internships or full-time roles).
  • Prior experience in a branding, advertising, or communications agency is highly preferred.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong understanding of corporate branding, brand identity, and B2B communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Mode:*Completely Onsite

Working Days:Monday to Friday, 1st & 3rd Saturdays are working

Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
