Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM 4:30 AM)

Work Mode: Full-Time | 12-hour Rotational Shifts

Weekends: Working (Rotational Offs)

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Client Service Associates in a fast-paced financial services environment.

If you have excellent communication skills and experience in voice process / international support (UK/US shifts), this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and advisors
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve service requests efficiently
• Manage and process complex account service transactions
• Educate clients on products, services, and processes
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and service delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 15 years of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to handle international clients (UK/US shifts preferred)
• Experience in explaining complex concepts in a simple way
• Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance, Commerce, Business preferred)

Preferred Background

• Experience with companies like British Telecom, Amex, Amazon, or similar
• Exposure to Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / Brokerage
• Prior experience in international voice support roles

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 6,25,000 per annum
• Night Shift Allowance: 72,000 annually (6,000/month)
• Annual Bonus: 36,000
• Retention Bonus: 1,50,000
• Paid at 6, 12, and 18 months
