Hiring: Client Screening & Relationship Lead

Were looking for a mature, articulate woman to join Beyond Small Talk and conduct vetting calls for our curated singles meets.

This role involves speaking with accomplished, high-net-worth individuals across India assessing intent, authenticity, emotional readiness, and guiding serious applicants toward enrollment.

If you are confident, intuitive, and can handle meaningful conversations with grace and discretion, this may be a strong fit.

Ideal Profile:

• Exceptional spoken English (polished, warm, persuasive)
• Comfortable engaging with HNIs, senior professionals, founders, CXOs
• Background in psychology / counseling / relationship coaching is a plus
• Ability to convert qualified leads into confirmed participants
