This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Client Relationship Specialist in Travel Technology. The primary responsibilities of the role include managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting clients in using AI-powered travel technology solutions. The Specialist will actively communicate with clients to address their needs, provide assistance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Additional tasks include analyzing customer interactions and data to suggest process improvements and contribute to client success.

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve inquiries
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and derive actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and solve customer challenges
• Experience in the travel or technology industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling client relationships is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
