Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in managing Financial Services clients within a Technology Services or IT Services setup. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving account growth, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
This role requires a blend of relationship management, domain understanding of financial services, and experience working with technology delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Financial Services clients (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, FinTech, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at both operational and senior stakeholder levels.
Understand client business goals, challenges, and regulatory environments to proactivelyrecommend relevant technology solutions.
Account Management & Growth
Own overall account health, including client satisfaction, renewals, and retention.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling technology services.
Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
Map, Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships, gather market intelligence, advisory role and pitch proactive proposals and POC/POV
Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with delivery, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
Monitor service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
Client Advocacy & Feedback
Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
510+ years of experience in client relationship or account management roles.
Proven experience managing Financial Services clients within a Technology Services / IT Services / Digital Transformation environment.
Strong understanding of Financial Services domains such as Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
Experience working with technology solutions such as application development, digital platforms, data/analytics, cloud, or managed services.
Open to travel within India to meet, build and nurture customer relationship
