Job Description
Were looking for an organised and proactive CRM Manager to drive and own adoption of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing across our global business. This individual will use HubSpot to increase visibility of our upper-funnel activity, while supporting client teams to drive organic growth. They will also manage marketing activations via HubSpot eg. running and reporting on newsletter campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot management
- Act as global HubSpot lead, with responsibility for user management, data governance and troubleshooting.
- Develop and own CRM capabilities for assigned clients, including segmentation, lifecycle flows and personalisation through automated prompts and nudges.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns and lead scoring.
- Join quarterly planning sessions to define CRM goals, tactics, and testing alongside marketing and business development colleagues.
- Provide the team with HubSpot guidance, training and best practice recommendations.
- Maintain data hygiene through the use of tools that feed HubSpot.
- Work with Business Development teams, Marketing and the wider Client Services teams to drive HubSpot adoption across the global business.
Analytics & Reporting
- Support the collection and cleansing of HubSpot data on an ongoing basis.
- Analyse customer and campaign data across HubSpot and recommend continual improvements to client/prospect engagement and email activity.
- Develop dashboards, weekly reports, and presentations that translate campaign performance into at a glance insights.
- Track KPIs like engagement, conversion and pipeline stages of opportunities for both New Business and Organic Growth.
- Partner with Account leads and Business Development to shape existing client and prospect CRM strategies.
Marketing
- Use HubSpots Marketing tool to create and execute newsletter campaigns.
- Analyse newsletter engagement metrics and build visible performance dashboards for new business monitoring.
- Post and schedule content across LinkedIn via HubSpot.
- Support the timely production and delivery of content across Conrans owned channels including website updates where required.
Collaboration
- Communicate insights clearly and confidently using analytical expertise.
- Support a variety of campaigns and activations, sometimes simultaneously.
- Partner with and upskill Account and Business Development leads to shape client and prospect engagement strategies.
- Share HubSpot best practice insight and act as the business global HubSpot champion.
Qualifications
Required
- 3-4 years experience in CRM analytics, marketing analytics or lifecycle marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Expert proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tool.
- Knowledge of visualisation tools like Power BI will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of email KPIs, segmentation, attribution and funnel analysis.
- Ability to translate raw prospect data into clear storytelling and actionable insights.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business analytics or similar. Non-relevant degrees with proven work experience will be considered.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
