We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will own client success, retention, and growth someone who thinks strategically, takes initiative, and drives outcomes rather than just following instructions.
What you will do
- Own assigned client accounts end-to-end from onboarding and execution to reporting, renewals, and growth
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending high-impact advertising solutions
- Drive account growth through upselling, renewals, and value expansion
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable strategies for internal execution
- Track campaign performance using data and analytics, and optimize for better outcomes and ROI
- Lead client communication, including urgent issues and difficult conversations when required
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover, aligned expectations, and clear success metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell, renewal, and account expansion opportunities
- Ensure there are no gaps between what is sold and what is delivered by proactively flagging risks and scope changes
- Coordinate with internal teams while owning final outcomes and timelines
- Maintain clear documentation of client requirements, changes, and decisions
- Travel to client locations for meetings and on-site engagements when required
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, brand, or marketing role
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, escalations, and urgent matters
- Ability to challenge briefs constructively and focus on impact rather than just execution
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented approach to work
- Prior experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager is a plus
- Strong interest or background in marketing or advertising
- Based in or around Calicut (for periodic in-person meetings)
- Must have access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
