KeyResponsibilities
Objective:Tobuild,strengthen,andsustainlong-termclientrelationshipswhileensuringsmoothdelivery,clientsatisfaction,andbusinessgrowth.
1.Clien tRelationshipManagement
1.Maintainstrong,consistentcommunicationwithallassignedclients.
2.Understandclientneeds,concerns,andfuturedemandsproactively.
3.Conductregularcheck-ins,reviews,andfeedbackcalls.
4.Ensurehighclientsatisfactionandimmediateresolutionofissues.
2.Onboarding&Implementation
1.CoordinateseamlessonboardingofnewclientsforEVrentalsorleaseplans.
2.Ensuredocumentation,agreements,andKYCprocessesarecompletedontime.
3.Liaisewithinternalteamsfortimelyvehicledeliveryandsetup.
3.ClientRetention&Growth
1.Identifyupsellandcross-sellopportunities(additionalvehicles,upgradedplans,maintenancepackages).
2.Maintaina90%+clientretentionrate.
3.Developaccountgrowthplansforkeyclients.
4.OperationalCoordination
1.Trackdailyvehicleperformance,uptime,driverissues,andclientrequests.
2.Workcloselywithfleet,service,andoperationsteamstoensurezero-delayresolution.
3.Maintainaccuratelogsofserviceescalationsandclosures.
5.Revenue&CollectionManagement
1.Ensuretimelyinvoicesharingandpaymentcollectionfromclients.
2.Reduceoutstanding/overdueamountsthroughregularfollow-ups.
3.MaintainMISreportsonbilling,usage,andrevenue.
6.Reporting&Documentation
1.UpdateCRMwithallclientinteractionsandfollow-ups.
2.Preparemonthlyclientreviewdecksasrequired.
7.IssueResolution
1.Actasthesinglepointofcontactforallclientconcerns.
2.EnsureissuesareresolvedwithindefinedTAT(Turn-AroundTime).
3.Escalateunresolvedmatterstoseniormanagementpromptly.
8.Compliance&ServiceQuality
1.Ensureallvehicles,services,andoperationsfollowcompanystandards.
2.MonitorSLAsandensure100%adherence.
3.Educateclientsaboutnewfeatures,safetynorms,andserviceupdates.
