Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with 4+ years of exprience in Edtech to build and manage strong partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The role focuses on client engagement, retention, and driving long-term value through strategic collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with partner colleges and act as the primary point of contact
  • Drive onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of services/products
  • Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and challenges
  • Drive end-to-end onboarding of colleges
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for students and placement teams
  • Design and execute campus engagement strategies (drives, challenges, campaigns)
  • Drive renewals and long-term contracts
  • Provide feedback from colleges to improve product features


Qualifications

  • 45 years of relevant experience
  • Strong stakeholder management (TPOs, colleges, institutions)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B / EdTech / SaaS client handling
  • Data-driven approach to track engagement and outcomes
  • Sales and account management mindset
  • Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions
