Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with 4+ years of exprience in Edtech to build and manage strong partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The role focuses on client engagement, retention, and driving long-term value through strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with partner colleges and act as the primary point of contact
- Drive onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of services/products
- Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and challenges
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of colleges
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for students and placement teams
- Design and execute campus engagement strategies (drives, challenges, campaigns)
- Drive renewals and long-term contracts
- Provide feedback from colleges to improve product features
Qualifications
- 45 years of relevant experience
- Strong stakeholder management (TPOs, colleges, institutions)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B / EdTech / SaaS client handling
- Data-driven approach to track engagement and outcomes
- Sales and account management mindset
- Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions
