Client Relationship & Loan Processor (Australian Mortgages)
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (In-Office)
Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (Monday - Friday)
At Investors Mortgage, we are a premium Australian mortgage broking firm dedicated to helping Australians secure their dream homes and investments. We are expanding our Pune back-office and looking for a highly polished Client Relationship & Loan Processor to join our boutique team.
This is not a standard BPO data-entry role. You will be the voice of our business, working directly with our Australian clients and lenders to ensure a smooth, premium loan settlement experience.
The Lifestyle & The Shift: Tired of the standard 9-to-5 or late-night US shifts? We work on Australian Eastern Standard Time. Your day starts at 5:00 AM and finishes at 2:00 PM. You will beat the Pune traffic both ways and have your entire afternoon free, every single day, with fixed weekends off.
What You Will Do
- Client Communication (Voice & Email): Proactively call and email our Australian clients to provide updates on their loan applications and request any outstanding documents (e.g., payslips, bank statements).
- Loan Tracking: Monitor the progress of loan applications via lender portals and our aggregator software (Mercury Nexus).
- Lender Liaison: Speak with bank assessors to clear loan conditions and push files to settlement.
- Relationship Management: Provide a calming, professional, and reassuring presence to clients who are going through the stressful process of buying a home.
Who We Are Looking For
- Impeccable English: Your spoken and written English must be flawless, with a neutral/global accent and high professional confidence. (Ex-aviation, premium hospitality, or high-end international BPO professionals are highly encouraged to apply).
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in Australian Mortgage Broking is highly preferred (experience with Mercury Nexus is a massive advantage). However, we will train the right candidate if your communication skills are truly elite.
- Local to the Office: You must live within a comfortable commuting distance to Kalyani Nagar (e.g., Viman Nagar, Wadgaon Sheri, Kharadi, Koregaon Park) to make the 4:30 AM commute sustainable.
- Diligent & Detail-Oriented: You take ownership of your files, follow up relentlessly, and want a long-term career with a stable boutique firm.
