Job Description: Client Servicing
Roles & Responsibility:
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain.
- Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients queries and complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
- Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to ensure that key clients needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each clients long-term goals.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Negotiating deals with clients.
- Analyzing data and market trends.
- Networking & hunting to attract potential clients.
ISMS Responsibilities:
- Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads.
- Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objectives.
- Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession.
- Accept responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets.
- Perform the work as delegated by the Function Head.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Candidate who is knowledgeable about the products and services for Corporate Business.
- Candidate should be self-driven.
- Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
