In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. As a Client Receivables Analyst, you will be working on building relationships with HPE customers and internal partners to remove obstacles and enable payment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing trustful relations with HPE customers to effectively manage current and past due AR balances.
- Implementing effective communication / negotiation / collection techniques for all customer interactions (mainly through phone calls & emails)
- Leveraging SAP S4 Hana and Sidetrade system capabilities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities and results.
- Following organizational processes to ensure compliance adherence.
- Collaborating with customers and other HPE teams to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues delaying payment.
- Analyzing data and trends to make decisions, understand behaviors and propose root-cause changes/solutions that result in a win-win situation for the customer and HPE.
What you need to bring:
Education and experience:
- ACCA/CIMA/CMA qualified is preferred with excellent communication skills.
- A university degree from top colleges with a focus in finance & accounting is recommended.
- Typically, 2+ years of experience in finance/administration or related domains .
