Job Description

To manage and nurture relationships with B2B clients (such as cosmetic brands, private label companies, distributors, etc.), ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to final delivery. The role ensures that client expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and service, fostering long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications related to product development, production, packaging, and delivery timelines.


Coordinate internally with R&D, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are executed accurately and on time.


Oversee the product sampling process and communicate feedback between clients and the technical team.


Ensure timely sharing of quotations, order confirmations, artwork approvals, and regulatory documentation.


Address and resolve client concerns related to product quality, delivery delays, or service issues.


Maintain records of client orders, communications, and service history in dashboard.


Monitor production timelines and proactively update clients on order status.


Assist new clients and educating them on manufacturing capabilities, product range, compliance requirements, and processes.


Collect client feedback post-delivery to improve service levels and client satisfaction.


Key Skills & Competencies:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities


Detail-oriented with an understanding of cosmetic product development processes is preferred


Familiarity with industry-specific compliance (FDA, GMP, labeling norms, etc.) is a good to go.


Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills


Time management and problem-solving skills


Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems (if any)


Qualifications:


Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Cosmetics Technology, or related field


25 years of client servicing or account management experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing


Exposure to private label or contract manufacturing preferred
