Working with an industry leading Sell Side Equity Advisory team and working closely with the Senior Sales Specialist to manage and submit Research interactions, Significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the CIB business team

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in providing one on one sales coaching within a moderately complex product line, market, or business segment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
  • Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Act as a business partner in providing necessary tools and resources to sales members to increase the sale of financial products and services
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Sales Enablement colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualification:

  • Holistic understanding of the Equity Research landscape and monetization lifecycle
  • Competence in using different aggregators - Corpaxe, Commcise, Dealogic, Bloomberg, Markit etc.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with proactive attitude to take initiative and ownership
  • Have a solution-oriented mindset to resolve existing and upcoming challenges
  • Attention to detail, balanced against the need for timely submission
  • Ability to effectively maintain, coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Identification of gaps and opportunities for process improvement
  • Team player with willingness to handle different products and assignments
  • Able to work independently and yet be part of a team.
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications – Power Point and Excel - finding/sorting/reformatting data/pivot tables/build macros, without making errors
  • Sufficient proficiency in English and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across different department
  • Python, Power BI, Excel VBA programming would be an added advantage
  • Work closely with Sales and Research Analysts to submit Research and Corporate Access interactions for multiple clients across different aggregators at pre defined frequency with complete adherence to the deadline
  • Maintain aggregators directory enabling accurate receipt of broker vote and submission of interaction
  • Maintain client and internal database by working closely with various stakeholders across departments
  • Maintain and publish forward calendar with accurate updates ensuring visibility of upcoming events
  • Generate insightful analysis encompassing interaction summaries by client and analysts, interaction rejection analysis, periodic reporting for global management enabling strategic client decision making
  • Drive efficiency through automation of recurring tasks using VBA , Advanced excel , SQL etc. 
  • Prepare detailed SOPs clearly outlining client level nuances and aggregator requirements
  • Work independently on complex projects and deliver high quality projects
