As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) span 11 geographic locations with 34,000+ dedicated professionals providing virtual client engagement support around the world and across all of PwC’s services and capabilities. Our ACs are an integral part of PwC’s strategy of bringing the strength of our people, capabilities and technology together to support our clients in building trust and delivering sustained outcomes for their businesses.
Role & Responsibilities:
Our Consulting Solutions AC Client Experience team is responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategy for PwC US AC’s global AC client experience. The team works closely with US firm CX and network firm CX teams to drive a consistent global experience when our clients visit our AC’s.
The candidate will be coordinating all AC CX tours of the AC CX Acceleration Center. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead clients and Partners on tours in the AC CX Bangalore Client Experience Center.
- Work with Client Account team and AC Practice team to plan the visit using our established processes and procedures
- Ability to explain key PwC and AC messages about PwC’s values and initiative
- Ability to explain all of PwC’s capabilities, including XLOS and US and AC offerings
- Work with the logistics team leader to manage the planning and execution of the visitor’s experience
- Act as a liaison during visits to maximize the client’s visit
- Work with the content team lead(s) to gather and ensure all content for the visit is complete, tested and vetted in our technologies within the center
- Work with the AC Practice team and Client Account team to ensure any customized content or demos are prepared, reviewed and tested in advance of the meeting
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of the visit – bios, meals, BXT activities, etc.
- Ensure all standardized content is shared with the client account team, properly branded and ready for the client team review
- Support the client visit experience program and delivery, facilitation and execution
- Provide general support to logistics and content teams for upcoming events
- Ensure all supplies are well stocked
- When needed, work with 3rd party vendors to deliver client experience excellence
