What You Will Actually Get to Do and Grow Into

This is not a client servicing role. It is a brand-shaping role.

• Own relationships, not just tasks. Become a trusted strategic partner to clients. Navigate leadership conversations, influence decision-making, and build long-term credibility.

• Deep dive into industries, internal communication challenges, employer branding ecosystems, and market realities.

• Translate complex and sometimes beautifully vague briefs into sharp, actionable direction.

• Work closely with strategy and creative teams on campaign ideation and concept development.

• Present ideas that move rooms. Defend work with logic, confidence, and storytelling.

• Push back when needed. Ask sharper questions. Elevate briefs. Grow into someone clients rely on for smarter, stronger solutions.

• Think long-term, not just launch day. Ensure every output aligns with brand tone, internal communication goals, and larger strategic direction.

• Stay culturally plugged in to media, design, pop culture, and workplace trends.

• Manage timelines and expectations without compromising quality or thinking.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

• 2+ years in Client Engagement or Business Development within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency. Multi-industry exposure is a big plus.

• Someone who writes, speaks, and thinks in English.

• Naturally strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Confident in presenting to clients and senior leadership.

• Energetic, curious, diplomatic, collaborative, and excited by ideas.
