Expedigo Tours and Travels is looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Client Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and thrives in a fast-paced travel environment.

Location: India (Remote / Work from Home)

Role Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Experience Required: 25 years

Key Responsibilities:

Responding promptly to customer email and phone enquiries

Processing daily bookings and reservations efficiently

Preparing manifests for drivers and guides

Preparing quotes and travel itineraries

Sending booking requests to attractions and partners

Processing payments for attractions

Handling customer payments and feedback proactively

Working with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)

Keeping product and booking information updated across all channels

Identifying issues early and taking initiative to resolve them

What Were Looking For:

25 years of relevant work experience (travel/tourism preferred)

Experience working with Rezdy booking systems and OTAs

Strong proactive mindset takes ownership and works independently

Excellent communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Customer-first approach and problem-solving attitude

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
